This is why I like artists and crafty people!
I had sent in Iron on Appliques to the Little Black Box as samples for Red Marionette. (My market bags have iron on words and shapes)
Well I just got word from someone who had received some of the appliques that she was using them for decorating onesies!

Brooch Prototypes!

New BROOCHES!
These are a new design I have been fiddling with for a day now. Bears, Bunnies and Snakes!
I sold my snake ornament to a lovely lady at the craft show this weekend so I figured id make smaller ones people can wear. Even though I dislike snakes, Ill admit, they are cute. (When made of felt) The lady at the show informed me they are symbolic of good luck!
Neat!

So I am keeping a bear for myself cause I think they are adorable, and I will keep plugging along with owls as I have a ton of those cut out, but I wanted you all to see the new designs I have brewing!
Sneak Peeks are half the fun!

Handmade Holiday Bazaar!
So this is my first day without a full time job to keep me busy. (Without going too much into it, I was a casualty of the slow economy)
I feel very productive when I am making lists. So I made lists of things to do today and stuck to it. yay!
I keep forgetting I dont have to get everything done today as I have an indefinite amount of time to do my list.
The Handmade Holiday Bazaar that I participated in yesterday was a blast! I loved meeting people and the day was beautiful! (A bit chilly for me but still beautiful)
Red Marionette as a whole had a great day!
We had food from a British Bar across the street called Limeys. Mr. RedMarionette had an affair with a Bacon Egg and Cheeseburger. I cannot describe the look on his face. (Yes, its a burger with a fried egg on top)
Karrie from Fiberologie (a neat little fabric store in St. Petersburg) was kind enough to open her store for the day while we vended. :)
Ellebelleonetsy - Stacey and Julie from Sewitsforyou coordinated a great show! I hope to be able to participate in many more!
Products from Red Marionette will continue to be listed throughout the week as we did sell many things from our online store at the show.
Also, as the shopping season for the Holidays approach please remember to leave ample time for shipping products to you! I havent decided my last shipping day for Christmas but being that Mr. RedMarionette and I are traveling for the long weekend of Thanksgiving and gone again for Christmas, I will try to give enough notice on shipping policies and updates as I can! Happy Shopping!

I have just signed up for a show this Sunday in St. Petersburg to participate in the Handmade Holiday Bazaar that two lovely ladies are putting on in partnership with Karrie the owner of an awesome store called Fiberologie!
On the blog you will find highlights of all of the vendors participating and vital information on how to get there and when!
Election is over lets go spend money on handmade goodness!!
You all know the drill, items will be taken off of etsy.com on Saturday by 5pm and will be back up Monday 11/10 morning. If you see something you want, dont hesitate as it may not come back on Monday!
Bloggy love to you all!
